I’m a bit disappointed

This is my first Bed/Stu handbag. The leather is nice but it’s not butter soft nor supple. The smaller strap is twisted and I’m not sure with use if it’ll straighten out. The zipper extends far past the purse itself and I’m just not sure why. It just kinda hangs there. It would be amazing to have a zippered compartment on the inside. The size is nice. I’m not sure if I’m keep it or sending it back.
