Great bag

I just received my bag, it’s a great color multi function , no smell, but the great smell of leather. Love that I can use as a crossbody, or use with the handles. Great bag, I just ordered the wallet, can’t wait to receive that!!! Very , very happy with my bag, will last a long time, and I am very rough with them:blush:

Scratchy and rough shoulder straps

This bag is gorgeous and stylish, however the shoulder straps are really rough and uncomfortable. I might try some leather conditioner and see what happens because I like the look enough, but I expect better for this price point.

Strong Chemical smell

I love the look of the purse, roominess and compartments, but I've been airing it out for a week and can't take the strong smell. Also, the distressed area is rough, not soft like suede, as are the handles.

We appreciate your feedback Cynthia. We do hear from time to time that the bags finish can be strong, but it will dissipate with time and wear.
