Best restoration and customer service...

The restoration work on my boots was impeccable. The leather has been revitalized and looks as new as the day I first purchased them. They carefully cleaned and conditioned the leather, removing scuffs and restoring the rich, deep color that I thought had faded. The attention to detail is evident; even the stitching has been meticulously repaired where needed, making them look uniform and polished.

The customer service I received from Jessica B. was top-notch. They were responsive to my inquiries and guided me through the entire restoration process. I was kept informed about the status of my boots, and the turnaround time was reasonable, which speaks volumes about their efficiency.

WARNING - Bad Quality -

Not impressed with the quality of this boot. After 1 year of normal use the sole is detaching. I expected a lot more from a boot at this price….

Bad zippers

Had the boots. Wore 5 times, the zipper ripped. Bought from mens warehouse and returned.

Your zippers are awful. I

Your zippers are awful. I have boots a third the price, 2,3 years old with perfectly working zippers. I have worn these boots for more than 10 days without a zipper breaking.
