Q&A

I am on the fence about the La k and white Orchid due to the customers complaints about the white color coming off on clothes, cars, etc. Has this been addressed? I do not see a reply from the company when customers include this in their review.
Our Lux finish is hand-applied to the leather’s surface and designed to distress with wear. With use, it will naturally crackle, chip, and flake, revealing more of the leather beneath. Variation from piece to piece is expected and part of the intended character of this finish. Over time, a patina emerges, shaped entirely by how you wear it.
