Love my bag

I have the black and white.. lots of compliments when out and about. My issue is the strap rubs off all over my clothing. Not sure how to tend to this issue.

We completely understand how unexpected and frustrating that can be. Our Lux finish is carefully hand-applied in layers to mimic the delicate dusting of flour on artisan bread. This process gives each piece a unique character and ensures that no two bags will age in exactly the same way. Over time, the finish naturally patinas, creating a beautifully personalized look. Because we use only natural, non-toxic dyes and beeswax-based sealants, the Lux finishes can occasionally transfer at first, though this typically lessens with wear. If the transfer has become too inconvenient, please reach out to our customer service team at help@bedstu.com with your order number and photos of your purse. We’d be happy to have our artisan team apply an additional natural sealant to help reduce the issue.

I have this bag in the black and white color way and adore it, but I was wondering if you guys would do a custom order or offer it to us in the brown and white option. I’m dying for it in the nectar lux-tan rustic color way!! 😭
