Very first bad Bedstu experience

"My first pair of bedstu shoes are 13 years old, I think in total I have 10 pair and have only been mildly disappointed a couple of times. I had to have these ten I saw them, I’m 6 foot and am always on the look out for a platforms that don’t make me 6 inches taller. I saw their note about sizing down so I went from my normal 11 to a 10, still too big so I had to return for a 9, the 9 fit great. Can’t believe I had to pay to exchange considering this sizing issue is their fault. I’ve worn them twice, reasonably comfortable, absolutely gorgeous. However, the zippers on the heel do not stay up, I almost walked out of the shoes several times unknowingly and spent all night rezipping the back of my shoes which just isn’t practical. Really disappointed in these shoes and Bedstu customer service this time around."

Runs large and when fully zipped pinches your ankle

"Cute shoe, but only comfortable if you do not zip the shoe all of the way. Also runs large. I'm a solid size 8, but I had to order a 7. 5 to fit - which then cost me an extra $5. 50 to return even though this was their fault. In addition, they tax 'handling fees', which isn't subject to sales tax. I think it is their way of just screwing you more."
