"This shoes is beautiful, sturdy and very stylish. It runs small and a little narrow. I wear a honest 9 so I ordered a 9. 5 because of the reviews. Once I received the shoes I thought I was going to have to send them back but I put them on and walked around my home and they immediately started to feel better. So, Give them some time to stretch. I wore them to work the next day and they were fine all day. I love my Lita K II. I will be ordering the brown pair."

Q&A

I ordered a size 8.5 and they are not the length that is described on the size guide. My feet are about 9.7 inches typically lands me on a size 8 or 8.5 but these in comparison to the size of my feet are huge. Can I exchange them or return for credit? I did get them awhile ago but haven't been wearing them.

According to our return policy, footwear may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery as long as the item is unworn, in original condition, and includes the original packaging. If your order is still within that 30 day window, you would be eligible to submit a return or exchange request through our return portal. If your purchase was made outside of the 30 day return window, unfortunately it would no longer be eligible for return or exchange, even if the shoes have not been worn.
