I don’t know why I

I don’t know why I was asked to submit this review three years after my purchase. But since I have been prompted, I quit ordering shoes from bedstu because the sizes are either too big (sandals) or too small (boots) and when I requested help I did not recieve any and to top the off the reps were RUDE (made me feel like I’m the dummy for not ordering my “correct” size. So, I don’t give them my money any more. AS98 and Freebird are my go to for nice, comfy leather footwear now.

The leather is tough and

The leather is tough and not soft at all, and very uncomfortable, I soaked them in water and wore them wet to soften leather but that didn't work. You need better quality leather to compete with my new shoe love: AS98
