Great shoe BUT

"I'm so excited about this shoe, but very frustrated with BedStu quality control. This is the 2nd time I've had to return a BedStu shoes for imperfections in quality. The 1st sandle I purchased last year had to be exchanged bc after 1 wear the sole split apart. This time I ordered the beautiful Gear last month, and the straps were backwards? The 2nd buckle (closer to the toe) was longer than the 1st and too long to buckle flat. I could have pinned another hole but then the excess strap would be too long and Id be altering a $300 shoe. The 1st strap was too short and it was obvious that the straps were reversed. So, frustrated with the long process of return and wait. . . . . I just want the shoes 😭"
