I wanted these boots so

I wanted these boots so badly. I ordered the first pair and they were crooked on the laces and the leather material was sewn wrong, So they wouldnt lace straight up the middle on the right boot. I had to drive and drop them off(gas and time *money) to mail back. And I had to email pictures to the company to ask for an exchange and what was wrong* more time,
Then they sent another pair that looked like they had been worn and there was red paint on the leather and one side was too tight on the inside toe. They wouldn't allow me to keep the one boot from the original order that fit*not the crooked one... and just send one boot back to me that wasn't crooked, they made me send them both back. Which then they sent me a new pair and they looked worn and had red paint... for the cost of the boots, the company needs to do better with their quality assurance.
I was very disappointed with my bed stu experience.
I never re- purchased after Having to drive multiple times to UPS and send in pictures and explain myself.
I REALLY LOVED THE WAY THEY LOOKED ONLINE AND I THINK THE SMELL AND QUALITY OF THE LEATHER IS AMAZING. BUT THE BOOTS WERE NOT QUALITY CHECKED.
I would not recommend.
