"I purchased this in a shop at Berlin, OH this July. Had my eye on it for quite some time. I really like the quality of the leather. Both the wristlet and crossbody straps are nice. Upon getting home to VA I noticed a few thigs. I do think it could be improved. It needs to zip from the top. Every time I open it something falls out. It makes me nervous that I may lose something important. As another customer mentioned the card slots are VERY tight. It's awkward using the coin slot as well. I don't regret buying it however it certainly has not met my practical needs. Listen to your customers and do a design improvement and you will have the wallet a customer could use for life."
