"I bought a Venice Beach bag about 10 years ago and the look and quality of it was amazing. I bought another one last week (black) and received it today and I am pretty disappointed. The bag just feels very cheap. The strap is thin, the leather feels thin as well and the stitching is not as good as in the past. The one from years ago feels like it will last forever, this one feels like it t will break in a few months. I've purchased a few things from you in the past month and see the quality is just terrible compared to my other Bedstu bags and sandals from years before. Will not be purchasing from your company anymore since you are charging people a lot of money for inferior leather products."

Will there be a Venice tan forest rustic again? I’ve been looking for months but just keep seeing “Sold Out.”
Tan Forest Rustic was a limited finish, and at this time we do not have plans to restock it. I know that is probably disappointing to hear, especially after you have been keeping an eye out for so long. That said, I have escalated your interest in seeing this finish return to our production team for future consideration.
