"I had my eye on this boot for sometime, it finally went on sale. I ordered the size I always get 6. 5, which I normally wear a 6 in any other shoe. The boot is a bit tight around the sides, but plenty of room near the toe. I am not sure what to do, wear thick socks and hope the boot loosens or just return? I love the boot though. Lowered stars for inconsistent size/fit. I can't go up to a 7, that will leave a lot of room at the toe. Disappointed."

how does this white soul wear? i had a pair once (different brand) that were porous, collected dirt like a sponge and were impassible to clean. Are these similar?
White the soles can get dirty. Proper care will keep them beautiful. For day-to-day cleaning of the white soles, we recommend using baby wipes to keep them looking fresh and clean with minimal effort. For deeper cleaning, here’s a simple and effective method using common household items: You’ll Need: 1 part Dawn dishwashing liquid 2 parts hydrogen peroxide A sprinkle of baking soda An old toothbrush or soft-bristle brush A reusable cloth Steps: Mix the ingredients and spray or apply the solution to the bottoms and sides of the outsole. Using the toothbrush, scrub the area in circular motions, rinsing the brush frequently. Dampen the cloth and wipe away loosened dirt and grime. Repeat as needed until the soles are sparkling clean. I just got mine today they fight snug with socks on. Do i need to size up or do they stretch at all?
When buying new leather shoes they are supposed to feel like a firm handshake on the instep of your foot to give a little room for the leather to stretch and form to your foot.
