Finish stains clothes!

"This bag is beautiful but the finish comes off on my clothes and stains them. I have tried everything including two replacement straps. My only option now is to carry it only when wearing black or return for a store credit. There is no other bag that I like that is large enough so I’m stuck with a $300 bag that I can’t carry."
