Nando boots rescued and better than new!
"And this is true, let me tell you why. The boots arrived securely in a very nice Bed Stu box. I actually kept it for reasons unknown. The usual, boots packed with paper, blanketed with nice gift paper, and a little moisturizer sample. The extra: a handwritten, personalized letter from the rescue liaison, which was very thoughtful. Overall, unboxing was like Christmas! The boots, oh boy, here we go! To start, my Nandos were toast, done, virtually throwaways. Yet, I sent them in, and the green light came back from the rescue liaison stating "repairable", (surprisingly). Now that I have them in hand. . . . BETTER than new, hands down. First - Bed Stu outfitted both Nandos with new front leather, new Goodyear welted soles, and new inner foot pad. Here's the juicy part: they kept the leather from my old boot, and this remained the back area. This gave the boot a very rustic new style that I've never had or seen on a boot before. I think what I loved most about it was the history of the old boot, me 100%, incorporated into the new boot! I seriously cannot get over how neat, stylish, and clever this was!!! Second - the boots were a little snug initially, which is normal. But not like the kind of snug you feel during that (oof) initial pain for the break-in process, ya'll know what I am talking about? Today, in typical tradition, putting on my boots, I felt my feet sliding into leather butter, and I have been cloud walking all day! Third - customer support (Jesica B. woot woot!!!!) Informative, communicative, and an absolute pleasure to work with! Folks, never toss your boots, rescue them and receive BETTER boots, no joke, over the top happy with this service. Bag Restoration
"I vape and the oil from the vape leaked out into the leather. I was devastated! The only way to restore the bag was to have it stained black (it was not the original color I had purchased). I am absolutely AMAZED at how it turned out! The bag is stunning and there are no visual oil stains! I have another bag that's at least 5+ years old with a lot of wear and also with vape stains. I will be sending this one in as well. I thought I learned the first time and put my vape and bottle of juice in a plastic baggy but I didn't seal it all the way. I was not happy as the new bag was only months old! Thank you Bedstu for the fabulous work your artisans do!"

I'm amazed at this restoration
"I'm amazed at this restoration work. I recognize these as my original shoes, but just barely. They were thoroughly shot by the time I realized they could be restored. Now, they're good as new, in look as well as feel. They were of course snug at first, but I wore them through the park for about 30 minutes on a walk with the dogs & they're already so comfortable that I could sleep in them. The customer service was top notch, also -- everyone was so friendly & helpful. No regrets here whatsoever. I'll have a second pair rescued as soon as they're ready for it. This has been a great service in every way & I'm happy as a clam to be wearing my favorite shoes again. Thanks, Matt"

Restored Venice beach crossbody bag
"The restoration on my bag was beyond what I asked for. My bag had the clasp/ buckle - older version - and they updated the clasp which holds so well! And they restored the leather to look just as it did over 4 years ago! The bag looks brand new! The communication and care towards their customer was outstanding- such a refreshing experience- they excel at customer service! Jesica stayed in touch and I knew where my bag was in the process at all times. I appreciate that Bed Stu values their customers - it’s seen through their quality products, craftsmanship, people and connection! I bought a second bag and will always consider them for future purchases. They have a customer for life!"

Restored Rockaway
"I have received my beautiful rockaway after needing a button replaced. It was in immaculate condition, reconditioned, button replaced and I could swear that the material inside had been re-dyed because it no longer showed any discoloration. My original strap was also reconditioned and much to my delight they remembered to include an additional strap I purchased to wear my bag as a crossbody. Love everything about the bag transaction and at the end of the day, isn’t that what we expect? To get the service we paid for. However, what I didn’t expect is Jesica. I’m telling you this woman is absolutely on fire. Jesica has been amazing with this bag but also providing me assistance with another bag. She is knowledgeable, friendly and has one of the best customer service focused personalities that I’ve ever seen. Like literally, when you speak to her you aren’t sure if you are speaking to an associate or the owner. She cares like someone that is benefiting as if it is their own company. Cherry on the top, hand written note. This is how you win over lifetime customers. Well done, I’ll be back."

"I was hesitant to have my sandals restored but am so glad I did. They're my favorites but were looking very tired after years of use.
