Too narrow.
I chose the Cognac color and oh my goodness, they’re gorgeous. Absolutely standard quality from BedStu. I haven’t gotten any product from them that is anything less. I normally wear 8.5 in close tied shoes and I sized up to a 9 based on reviews and I’m happy with that decision.

The leather is exquisite and I love the color/design. I ordered a half size up and the footbed fit perfectly, but I couldn't get the zipper all the way up on my calf. I am 5' 2" and the height was fine, but no dice on the circumference of the calf. I am not an obese person so my calf is not abnormally large to my knowledge, but maybe it is now that I have discovered that I cannot zip the calf. So so sad. Must return. Wish I didn't have to though.

These boots fit like a glove from the minute I put them on. ln shoes, I wear an 8 but always order 8 1/2 in boots. Perfect. And a great height for jeans or dresses. Beautiful leather- I ordered cognac and simply love them!
