Bedstu Kaldi

I have tried. First order of 10m was too small.I returned, received credit, and reordered 101/2m. They fit great after a few wearings. However, I'm unhappy with them, because the toe box area of the left is wider than the right. The right is more pointed(elongated) than the left. I thought that I could get accustomed to the difference; but, I cannot. What can BedStu do to correct this.?

Size runs small on width...

This is my fourth pair of Bed-Stu zip-up boots. My previous three pairs fit great (all size 12) but these are very tight. I've tried wearing them for a few days in hopes they would break in but my tolerance for pain is running out.
