"I’ve had these boots for several years. Same exact ones. They are amazing boots and have worn well. Love wearing with jeans. 2 weeks ago my heel fell off and I decided to check what boots this brand has now. I got excited when my pair were brought back. "The boots are great but it's been a pain my ass I bought a pair of different boots did not like them the tongue both boots fell down the side I sent for return it took t + weeks chaged me full price for 1st pair 2nd pair full price then a another pair boots total 1265 $ that's not good now I have send another pair back why would I want 2 of same 400 $ shoes?"
