Item defective, complicated return process

"Item arrived defective. Return process is overly complicated for 2024. You must have access to a printer in order to return or exchange. Even though the item was defective when I got it they require my to file paperwork a warranty, rather than letting me do a simple exchange. Just more paperwork and running around (I don't have a printer) than I want to be messing with. In 2024 I expect most companies to be more digital with simpler processes. The actual clutch is really cute, and aside from the defect seems like good quality. I would have rated it higher even though it was defective, but it says to rate my experience rather than the item so that's what I did. The whole thing felt like a hassle."
