My search stopped here!

I had been looking for this for a couple years. I was skeptical with some of the reviews saying it did not stay closed. I did not have that issue and love that this holds more than expected and can be a wristlet and short strap purse and crossbody. They thought of everything with this one!

This is beautiful and well made from genuine leather. The size is perfect when you dont want to lug around a large purse and has lots of pockets and slots for credit cards/IDs and also a pocket perfect for a phone.

Item defective, complicated return process

Item arrived defective. Return process is overly complicated for 2024. You must have access to a printer in order to return or exchange. Even though the item was defective when I got it they require my to file paperwork a warranty, rather than letting me do a simple exchange.

Just more paperwork and running around (I don't have a printer) than I want to be messing with. In 2024 I expect most companies to be more digital with simpler processes.

The actual clutch is really cute, and aside from the defect seems like good quality. I would have rated it higher even though it was defective, but it says to rate my experience rather than the item so that's what I did. The whole thing felt like a hassle.

The purse was absolutely perfect.

The purse was absolutely perfect. It was everything I expected. The only thing I didn't really care for was the strap , the underside that lays against you when you're wearing it is rough , and drags on clothing .
