Refund & Return Policy
At BED|STÜ, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we offer returns and exchanges under the following guidelines.


Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges for items purchased on bedstu.com within 30 days of purchase, provided items are unworn and in original condition, including all packaging.

Holiday purchases made starting November 21, 2025 may be returned through January 31, 2026.

All returns are subject to inspection. Items that show signs of wear or are not in resalable condition may be denied.

Final Sale & Custom Items
Final sale items and customized products are not eligible for return or exchange.

Redo Return Coverage
At checkout, you may purchase Redo for $3.98 to enhance your return experience.

If you purchased Redo:

  • Up to 3 free returns or exchanges
    • No restocking fees
    • Free return shipping on those returns
  • After your third return or exchange:
    • Returns are still allowed
    • $10 restocking fee will be charged

Returns Without Redo:
If you did not purchase Redo protection, you are eligible for exchange or store credit return with a $5 restocking fee and refund return with a $10 restocking fee.

Return Shipping & Labels:
Prepaid return labels will be supllied. For non-Redo orders, flat restocking fees are charged as mentioned above. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges
Redo customers:

  • Up to 3 exchanges at no cost

Non-Redo customers:

  • You are eligible for exchange or store credit return with a $5
    restocking fee and refund return with a $10 restocking fee

We are working toward faster exchanges, including potential instant exchange options with a temporary card hold while your return is in transit.

Return Limits
To help maximize your return benefits, we recommend submitting multiple items in a single return.

If you exceed your return limit:

  • Redo customers: Additional returns require paying for shipping
  • Non-Redo customers: All additional returns require customer-paid shipping

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed promptly.

Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider. If an exchanged item is later returned, it will be processed as a refund according to the applicable policy.
