How long will it take to process my order?
Orders are generally processed 2-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). Your card is authorized when the order is placed to verify that the funds are available. Your credit card is fully charged before the order has been shipped.
Is ordering online secure?
BED|STÜ is proud to offer our customers a safe and secure shopping experience. We use the highest level of security on our website. All credit card information is encrypted, protecting against disclosure to third parties.
Why is my card being declined if there are sufficient funds in my account?
If you are receiving an error message after entering your payment information, please double check to make sure that you entered the following information correctly:
- Your name as it appears on the card
- Billing address on file with your card issuer
- Card number
- Card Verification Number
- Card expiration date
If you are still experiencing problems, please call your card issuing bank for further details.
Is sales tax added to my order?
BED|STÜ is required by law to collect sales tax on orders shipped to Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, Washington, Wisconsin. If you are shipping to any of these states, the appropriate charges will be added to your merchandise total and displayed on your final order confirmation.
Can I make changes or cancel my order?
To ensure we take the correct action, please email email@example.com with updates or changes or call the offices (888) 235-9877 (in the US) or (805) 987-1300 to make any changes to your order. Our customer service hours are M – F, 8AM – 5:00PM CST.
Bedstu.com is committed to consistent pricing across all websites. If you find a lower price from an online retailer on an identical, in-stock product, tell us and we will look into it.
The following limitations apply:
- The item must be identical, (i.e., size, style, color).
- The item must be in-stock at the online retailer's website and on bedstu.com at the time of the price match request (We will require active links).
- If you think you are eligible based on the above, contact Customer Service before you place your order. We will verify the item eligibility.
- We will price match one item per customer, as a one-time courtesy.
- We will not offer rain-checks for items that are not currently in stock.

What are the available shipping methods?
BED|STÜ currently offers FREE UPS Ground shipping within the United States for all orders over $99! We offer second day air at a calculated fee based on weight, time of day and distance. At this time, we are unable to offer expedited shipping via Next Day Air.
When will my order get shipped out?
BED|STÜ works hard to get your order processed and shipped as soon as possible. Orders received before 1:00pm CST Monday – Friday will generally ship within 2-3 business days via UPS. Any order received after 1:00pm CST Monday – Friday, or on observed holidays will be packed and leave our warehouse on the next available business day pickup. Orders placed over the weekend will process Monday, and first day of travel will be Tuesday. Please note this applies to in-stock items only. Note, expedited shipping and all other orders are not available for weekend delivery, business days only.
How long will it take to receive my order?
If your order is received after 1:00pm CST, in-stock items will ship from our Lake Dallas warehouse within 2-3 business days, excluding observed holidays or other noted exceptions. When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with your UPS tracking number. Please note, weekend delivery is not available. Listed below are the estimated delivery times:

Do you offer international shipping?
At this time, we ship to Canada, Australia, U.K, France, Italy, Germany and more countries. We are working on adding more countries to the list.
Do you ship to military addresses?
Unfortunately, at this time, BED|STÜ is not shipping to APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
What are the observed holidays?
We have a standard holiday observance schedule. We are not open on New Years Day, Christmas, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and other regular holidays throughout the year.
RETURN POLICY: BED|STÜ will gladly accept returns on items in their original condition within 30 days of the original invoice date from customers who purchased their BED|STÜ product from the Bedstu.com website. Item(s) must not be worn, damaged, altered or washed and include all original product packaging – boxes, shoe boxes, plastic bags, tissue, etc. All returns are subject to inspection. If the product is found to be worn and in not resalable condition, a refund will be denied. At the customer's expense and request, used product will be shipped back. To avoid scuff marks, we strongly recommend walking on a carpeted area when trying on footwear. We will only accept returns for items purchased at Bedstu.com. All other returns must be taken to the original point of purchase. Returns for refunds or credits are subject to a $5 restocking fee per return that will be deducted from the refund amount. If you are returning multiple items for refund or credit, please ensure that all are submitted in the same RMA (shipped together) to avoid multiple restocking fees. Custom bags and customized products cannot be returned for refund, exchange or store credit. Please note, all sales of electronic gift cards are final. Read our Returns Policy.
What is BED|STÜ's Warranty?
6 MONTH LIMITED EXCHANGE AGAINST DEFECTS FOR MERCHANDISE PURCHASED THROUGH BEDSTU.COM WEBSITE or authorized dealer. BED|STÜ footwear products are warranted against defects in craftsmanship and materials within 6 months of purchase. Photos of the defect/area of concern are required for all warranty claims as well as proof of purchase. Weather and water damage will not be considered for product replacement. Products altered by anyone other than BED|STÜ can consider the warranty void. This limited warranty does not cover, and BED|STÜ shall have no obligation or liability with respect to, improper or inadequate fit once footwear product has been worn/used. Upon review, if a defect is found in one of our products as the result of normal use, BED|STÜ footwear will repair the defect or exchange the product. All other defect claims must be taken to the original point of purchase. If the product is found not to be defective, you may request to have the product returned to you at your expense.
How do I return products from bedstu.com?
All domestic returns are free. Click Orders & Returns to start the return process. You will need your original customer order number and the email address on the order. Please note, FINAL SALE items cannot be returned for exchange, credit, or refunds. Custom made bags, customized products and e-gift cards cannot be returned for refund, exchange or store credit.
Does BED|STU offer exchanges on orders?
Exchanges can be requested during the RMA process. Whether it is for the same style in a different size, or a different style all together. Please indicate the choice item in your RMA request, please be as detailed as possible. We will exchange a product no more than two times, before asking customer to place a new order. Product coming back to exchange is shipping to and from Texas, and will be shipped via UPS ground, unless expedited shipping was paid on the original order. A two-week turnaround is common, as we will ship the exchange item out once the original pair is received at our returns center. Once the exchange item is shipped back to you, we will send an email with the tracking details.
How long does it take to process my refund?
Returns are processed as quickly as humanly possible. Products must to be received at the returns center, inspected for defects to insure we can resell, and the paperwork is proceesed with our CS team and accounting. Please allow 5-7 business days from day of delivery of return to time refund is issued.
How will I be refunded for a return?
The original method of payment will be refunded for returns received within 30 days of the original invoice date (holiday exceptions made) and accompanied by an original order ID number. Please be aware of your original purchase date and take the necessary steps to ensure that we receive your return item(s) before the 30 day time period.
How do I return an item(s) I received as a gift?
If you received an item purchased at Bedstu.com as a gift, we will be happy to conduct an exchange if the item(s) has not been worn, altered or washed and includes all original packing - boxes, shoe boxes, plastic bags, tissue, etc. Original order ID number, customer’s name and/or email address will be required to locate the purchase information.
Are Gift Cards returnable for a refund? If I use a gift card to make a purchase, how will my refund be issued? Gift cards are non-refundable. Orders placed with a gift card will be refunded back to the original gift card number.
Are Gift Cards delivered to a recipient immediately after purchase? Per our website software, Gift cards have to manually be processed and sent, which means they will be sent the same day or next business day during business hours. We cannot select the date/time to send. Weekend orders placed for gift cards will be processed the next business day.
Are items purchased on sale returnable?
Items purchased on sale may be returned, however, FINAL SALE items cannot be returned for exchange, credit, or refunds.
Can I order a style that is not on the website?
At this time, only in-stock styles are featured on our website. There is an option to sign up with your email once the item does come back into stock. NOTE: We sell only handmade, quality products, which take time to make. Please do not be surprised if the style takes a few months to be restocked. If you feel like you've been waiting awhile, please contact us, and we will either find an authorized retailer in your area or provide you with a approximate restock date. When emailing us, please make sure to specify your city and state and the style, color, and size you are looking for when submitting the request.

What is a Goodyear welted sole?
This process is the traditional method for the manufacturing of men's dress shoes and it takes its name from the inventor who came up with the original hand sewn method. The benefit of a dress shoe which is made using the Goodyear welt construction is that the system allows for constant flow of air through the shoe, which keeps the shoes ventilated, durable and strong. These types of soles can also be replaced.

How do I care for my BED|STÜ shoes?
If this product gets dirty, clean it off with a damp cloth and leave it to dry away from strong heat sources and direct sunlight. Polish with a soft cloth, using a natural leather cream containing no solvents. Suede leathers should be brushed with a soft bristled brush without using creams. REVIVE is a product we like and use on our own shoes!
How do I find my shoe size?
Generally, women’s styles range from sizes 6 – 11 and men's from 8 – 13. If a particular shoe fit varies from normal, we will advise you accordingly in the product description. We aim to provide advice as best we can regarding sizing, but unfortunately, we cannot guarantee sizing for individual customers.
How do I determine my belt size?
Belts are sized in inches and should be ordered 2 inches larger than your pants size. To find out what size you wear, first decide whether you will be wearing the belt around your waist or lower on your hips. For waist belts, take a measurement around your natural waistline (at the belly button). This is normally the smallest part of your torso. For hip belts, take a measurement around the fuller part of your hips where your jeans will normally fall. TIP: Use a belt that you already own and that fits you well to find your belt size! Lay out the belt and measure from one end (not including the buckle) to the hole that you most frequently use.
Would the shoes I order look same as on the photo?
The distinctive finishing on the leathers of BED|STÜ product is created in our workshops one piece at a time. This unique hand finishing process results in no two products ever looking the same. The differences in tone and texture are a statement to their authenticity which we proudly stand behind. Note the LUX finishes will change, as these are made to change and distress with each wear.
Can I use a coupon on my purchase?
Coupon codes cannot be applied to any sale item or combined with any other promotions or offers. Online promotional codes can only be used once and cannot be applied after the order has been placed. All promotional codes are case specific.
GIFT WITH PURCHASE (GWP) TERMS
All orders placed with a qualifying spend ($295 after discounts, before tax) during the promotional period will be eligible to receive the selected free gift (while supplies last, 1 per order).
The gift will be added to your shopping cart at checkout with $0.00 value. If you add the gift manually to your shopping cart, it will be count as a normal product with regular price instead of a gift. No customization is available on free gifts. All free gifts are subject to availability, are non-transferable, and there are no cash alternatives or any other gift.
Refunds on GWP:
If your order fails to qualify for a free gift after a refund is requested, the gift shall be returned with your order, otherwise we will deduct the full price of the gift from your refund ($39).

The BED|STÜ Rewards Program is available to all bedstu.com customers who have created and are logged into their account. A customer will accumulate Reward Points for the following actions relating to his/her purchases:
50 points for every $10 USD spent on the purchase of a product, not for any amount spent on taxes or shipping costs. Reward Points are only earned for money spent on product, not for the amounts of any discounts or payment by gift card. If an order is cancelled, Reward Points awarded for the purchase will be cancelled. If a product is returned, BED|STÜ reserves the right to cancel the Reward Points awarded for the purchase.

A customer earns Reward Points based on activity only the BED|STÜ website. Users may opt to purchase products without using their Reward Points. You may check the amount of Reward Points accumulated in account by logging into the My Account section while viewing the dashboard. Customers may not redeem or exchange accumulated Reward Points for cash. BED|STÜ specifically reserves the right to terminate, cancel, suspend and/or modify the Rewards Program, or any specific customer's participation in the Rewards Program, if any fraud, virus or other technical problem corrupts the administration, security, safety or proper function of the BED|STÜ Rewards Program, as determined by BED|STÜ in its sole discretion. In addition, BED|STÜ reserves the right to terminate, cancel, suspend and/or permanently ban any specific User's participation in the Rewards Program if BED|STÜ suspects that such individual is conducting fraudulent activity to acquire, accumulate or spend points including, but not limited to, by a User creating multiple Rewards accounts, false referrals, etc.
Redeeming Rewards Points
Points can be redeemed on www.bedstu.com and points may only be redeemed for a discount off the purchase price of a product. Points may not be redeemed for payment of taxes or shipping costs. BED|STÜ may limit the number of points which may be redeemed at one time. Users must accumulate 500 Points before being eligible to redeem points. Users with less than 500 points will not be able to redeem those points until they have acquired at least 500 Points. Users wishing to redeem points will receive the equivalent of $5 USD off the purchase price of their order in redemption of 500 points, which will thereby be deducted from the User's count of points. The system will update the customer’s remaining points immediately after points are redeemed. Reward points cannot be applied to previous purchases. BED|STÜ may determine to restrict the use of points to certain items. Other BED|STÜ restrictions may apply.
Expiration of Rewards Points
Each Point will expire one (1) year after being earned, if not redeemed prior to the expiration date. BED|STÜ reserves the right to extend the expiration date, in its own discretion, on an individual user basis.
Participation in the BED|STÜ Rewards Program is a privilege granted to BED|STÜ customers and as such can be suspended, revoked or terminated at any time by BED|STÜ for any reason or for no reason. In the event of termination of your participation, all benefits including all accrued points and other program benefits will automatically and immediately be forfeited.
BED|STÜ reserves the right to vary any or all of the terms of the BED|STÜ Rewards Program, to amend these Terms of Service, or to terminate the Rewards Program, at any time without notice and without further obligations to users, including, but not limited to, modifications which: 1) govern points earned on and after the date of the change; or 2) change the value of already accumulated points. Notice of any such changes, amendments or termination will be provided to users via message or email, or by being posted on the BED|STÜ website and will be effective immediately, unless otherwise stated in such notification.
BED|STÜ employees, retailers and sales representatives are not eligible to participate in the BED|STÜ Rewards program.

What does BED|STU Organics mean?
- Our materials are natural, biodegradable, sustainable and recycled where possible.
- Our leathers and linings are vegetable tanned, free from heavy metals such as lead and chrome, free range where possible.
- Our dyes are from plants and/or soils, water based, and applied by hand.
- Our glues are water based, solvent free and used sparingly.
- Our products are finished by hand, and are made up of primarily organic components such as latex cushioned insoles, rubber for soles, vegetable tanned leather, cork (from trees), biodegradable supports and water based glues and dyes.
Any differences in the look and feel of an organic shoe?
- Our organic leather is initially not as soft and supple as the commonly used chrome tanned version. BED|STU Organics products will require some break in time. Once broken in, the user can expect to enjoy the quality and customized fit that will last over time. BED|STU Organics leathers can be shined, treated and nourished with creams and brought back to a natural luster that is not attainable in most other footwear.
- Our organic leather, because it is natural, needs a bit of time to blend or mold with your foot, creating that custom “glove-like” fit. The dynamics of this intricate process takes a bit of time and varies depending on the style, the anatomy of the user’s foot, and the time of each wear. Most users experience this unique custom fit within their first 2-3 wears.
- Organic leather has more overall luster.
Is it better for the employees to work with BED|STU Organics?
Yes. Most leathers used in the footwear industry are chrome tanned, which can lead to health problems for the tannery workers. We want to minimize the exposure to these harmful chemicals where we can.
What kind of testing do we use?
Every batch of our leather is SGS tested to verify no known harmful chemicals or toxins are used on our leathers.
Why is organic better for me?
