"Love the look and quality of this boot. They are beautiful, stylish and unique. I don't like wearing the same shoes as everyone else & that is exactly why I ordered these. The only downside is that the toe box area seems to be low and tight. This could be from my high arch I suppose. I ordered a 1/2 size up hoping it would help with a little extra room. For now, I wear them for short periods of time. Hopefully with time and wear, they'll break in and form perfectly to my feet."

I love the look of these boots.Am generally a size 10 but think because of the pointed toe a size 11 might be a better idea? Do you offer full refunds IF this boot doesn't fit well and or free returns for exchanges? Looking forward to your comments and advice.
