Got wrong color—have to wait to get correct ones
"I ordered the tan shoes but received the black ones. The box shows they were tan, however. I immediately called customer service and the rep was very apologetic and sent me a return label. However, I have to wait until they receive my return before they’ll send me the correct shoes. I then asked for expedited shipping on the new shoes once they get the return, but they won’t do that either! So completely their mistake, but I have to wait until they get my return, “process” it (however long that will take—was advised it could be as fast as 48 hours after they get it) and then get the correct shoes I’ve already paid for sent to me. And I have to send back via USPS so who knows how long it’ll take for them to receive this return. Why not go ahead and ship me the correct shoes and if I don’t return the wrong ones in a set timeframe, then charge me for the second pair? Plenty of other retailers do this. On top of all of that, I can tell the shoes I received had been worn already. The tag on the bottom of the shoe was partially folded up and dirty from someone obviously walking around outside in these. Please do better. These are expensive shoes that I probably won’t see for at least another 2 weeks. Not great customer service."
