I got my Hermiones and was immediately smitten.  They are beautiful!  I put them on and felt painful rubbing in one shoe.  I persevered throughout my house, thinking it would eventually go away.  It did not—to the point where I thought I must send them back, brokenhearted.  I contacted customer service and was encouraged to send pictures of the shoes since I had worn them.  Because my house has zero carpet the telltale signs of wear were just barely visible and the shoes no longer resale-able.  Enter Jesica B., customer service rep.  She sent me a long email detailing ways I could break in my Hermiones with less pain, as well as a discount code since this was my first-ever order.  THIS is customer care, people!  This is the reason I come back to worthy brands.  Bed-Stu, you have got a good thing going!  Not only do you offer gorgeous products, but you take that time to care about the people who have purchased them in high hopes.  Fast-forward thru a week of employing Jesica B.’s tips, and I am wearing my Hermiones painlessly, comfortably, and happily.  They make me smile whenever I glance at them.  Well done, Bed-Stu!
