I have received my beautiful rockaway after needing a button replaced. It was in immaculate condition, reconditioned, button replaced and I could swear that the material inside had been re-dyed because it no longer showed any discoloration. My original strap was also reconditioned and much to my delight they remembered to include an additional strap I purchased to wear my bag as a crossbody. Love everything about the bag transaction and at the end of the day, isn’t that what we expect? To get the service we paid for.
However, what I didn’t expect is Jesica. I’m telling you this woman is absolutely on fire. Jesica has been amazing with this bag but also providing me assistance with another bag. She is knowledgeable, friendly and has one of the best customer service focused personalities that I’ve ever seen. Like literally, when you speak to her you aren’t sure if you are speaking to an associate or the owner. She cares like someone that is benefiting as if it is their own company.
