"My boots just arrived and I can't get them on. ! The zipper doesn't seem to come up to where it needs to to let my heel get through the narrow part. I bought the usual size I order in BedStu boots so the boot should be cut to accommodate that size foot (foot is not fat or pudgy anywhere. . . . ). So sad, they are beautiful and they look like they would fit if I could just get my foot through the opening. I feel like the ugly stepsister in Cinderella."

"I love, love these boots. The leather is so soft. Color is vibrant and deep. A perfect fit for me and my wardrobe. I can’t wait to wear them with either a dress or jeans. So glad I purchased them. Beautiful boot

"These boots are beautiful. However, the are a bit to narrow in the ankle area to zip closed. Sadly, I may have to return. I purchased a size 8, I wear size 8 98% of the time. I have a normal to on the narrow side foot. These fit a little snug to just right, after breaking them in they would mostly fit fine. I just can’t zip the ankle part closed."
