I just purchased this boot and I can't get the boot on. Should I attempt to get the boots stretched. Will this work?
While our leather will naturally stretch a bit in the width with wear, it will not significantly stretch in length. Since you are currently unable to get the boot on at all, we would not recommend trying to stretch them at this time. Instead, we suggest exchanging for a half size to a full size up, depending on how small the boot feels overall. This will give you a more comfortable fit from the start and help avoid any potential damage to the boot from forcing it on or attempting to stretch it too much. If your boots are still unworn and in original condition with packaging, you can submit an exchange request through our return portal.
