"I love this purse, however, the buckle/clasp fell off. I paid for a new one to be shipped to me and lo and behold now it is missing again. For $240 PLUS the extra I spent on a replacement buckle, I would expect to have a fully intact purse. I gently use my items and do not have small children that I am carrying around or that are pulling at me. I'm very disappointed that it is missing again. The purse looks dumb without it and no longer is secure closed."

"I bought this exact bag a couple of years ago. Loved it so much that I bought the exact same color again after mine was ruined accidentally. The bag just feels very cheap. The strap is thin, the leather feels thin as well and the stitching is not as good as in the past. The one from years ago feels like it will last forever, this one feels like it t will break in a few months. Q&A

On the future dusk black one, what is the width of the strap and the size of the back exterior pocket? Same questions for the rustic black one. These things look different on each on the photos.
We recently updated the strap on this bag. The Future Dusk Black finish is the last production run to feature the sewn-on strap, which measures approximately 1¼ inches wide. All other finishes, including Rustic Black, now come with the updated detachable strap that measures approximately ¾ of an inch wide. The back exterior pocket on both versions measures approximately 6 inches wide by 4½ inches tall.
Will there be a Venice tan forest rustic again? I’ve been looking for months but just keep seeing “Sold Out.”
Tan Forest Rustic was a limited finish, and at this time we do not have plans to restock it. I know that is probably disappointing to hear, especially after you have been keeping an eye out for so long. That said, I have escalated your interest in seeing this finish return to our production team for future consideration.
