The restoration on my bag is unbelievable. My bag had broken threads, missing zipper, and worn out leather stitching. The bag looks brand new! The best part about this process is the communication. I appreciate Bed Stu reaching out, communicating with me, and notifying me where we were in the process. They have a customer for life! Absolutely worth $100.

So glad to have found the restoration program while hunting for a new purse exactly like the one I have. Absolutely would recommend for anyone who has a bag that has seen daily use and is getting ready for retirement. They were able to replace a zipper and the loops that the strap hooks to as well as giving it a deep clean and condition. Cheaper than a new bag, and I get to keep mine that’s already broken in just how I like it. Better for your wallet and the environment. They also kept me informed throughout the process so I knew what was going on. 10/10!
