I have received my beautiful rockaway after needing a button replaced. It was in immaculate condition, reconditioned, button replaced and I could swear that the material inside had been re-dyed because it no longer showed any discoloration. My original strap was also reconditioned and much to my delight they remembered to include an additional strap I purchased to wear my bag as a crossbody. Love everything about the bag transaction and at the end of the day, isn’t that what we expect? To get the service we paid for.

However, what I didn’t expect is Jesica. I’m telling you this woman is absolutely on fire. Jesica has been amazing with this bag but also providing me assistance with another bag. She is knowledgeable, friendly and has one of the best customer service focused personalities that I’ve ever seen. Like literally, when you speak to her you aren’t sure if you are speaking to an associate or the owner. She cares like someone that is benefiting as if it is their own company. Cherry on the top, hand written note.

This is how you win over lifetime customers. Well done, I’ll be back.

The perfect crossbody. So many pockets, doesn’t feel bulky, roomy inside. Not sure I will ever need another crossbody bag again. And gorgeous to boot!

Really wanted to use this as my go to travel bag but my iPhone 16 pro, which measures 5.89in is a very tight squeeze (just about fits with no room to spare) in this 8in bag so i think something is off with the bag measurement. Mine measures 7.5w x 5.5H. Great simple design and amazing quality. I wish the bag was slightly bigger.

Bed-Stu never disappoints. I will say I should have read the reviews - one commented that you should order a full size larger and she was absolutely right. That is what I should have done in the first place. We had an unseasonably cool day, so I pulled them out and wore them and they are very comfortable (in the larger size). As for the one-star rating, I CANNOT emphasize enough how great their customer service is. One phone call would have resolved this issue. A real human being answers and any issue I've had (very rare) has always been taken care of immediately. They want happy customers.
