"I was comparing these shoes to the Doc Marten Box I purchased for my daughter. Like these better because of the distressing. Nicely made. I did size up from an 8. 5 to a 9 as I have the regular Lita in an 8. 5 and still slightly tight(although I have not worn them as much). I got them on the Labor Day sale so that was great. Would def recommend."

"These shoes are so cool and stylish! When I first got them I thought, oh no, these will need serious breaking in, like the Doc Martens did. But that wasn't the case! I wore them once for a few hours around the house and then all day to work without any trouble! I added a small arch support since I have high arches. I did have to size up 1/2 size, from my normal 7 1/2 to an 8. Love, love, love them!"

Hi. I;ve got a question about the color: Black Nectar Deluxe. Looks blue-ish. Is it? Or is the image deceptive? Either way, i like it, but it'd be very helpful to know. Esp on the Lita K III
The black nectar delux is a black base that we hand apply nectar lux (off-white) on top. This finish is specifically meant to heavily distress over time so the nectar lux will wear and show more of the black underneath. It is not a blue but can look grey since the nectar is over black.
