They are very very similar in dimensions, including the pocket. Sterling is just about .25 inches taller and wider.

There are two pockets a little wider than a credit card that could fit multiple cards, keys, ear pods, or other small items. There is also an interior zipper pocket that can likely fit two pairs of sunglasses, a small wallet, or other items of similar size.
