Our returns are completely free. We stand behind our products and services and want you to be satisfied with them. We'll always do our best to take care of our customers.
We accept returns and exchanges on unworn merchandise for up to 30 days from the shipping date. Please contact customer support if you find you may be out of this time frame. We only accept returns and exchanges from our website. Merchandise purchased from other retailers must be returned to the original place of purchase. To ensure that your return or exchange is processed accurately and in a timely manner, your return shipment should be in its original condition, in the original box, and with the completed form with Order Number, enclosed. Do not use the shoebox as your shipping box. Cover or remove any original mailing address label or carrier barcodes from the packaging.
Follow these steps to return or exchange an Item:
1) Login to account manager to access your ordering history
2) Open the order you would like to return and click Generate Return Print Label.
If for any reason you experience troubles accessing your account or generating return label, you can connect with our support team at email@example.com or call (888) 235-9877 to request a prepaid UPS® return label to start the return or exchange process.
Upon inspection, credit will be refunded in the form of your original method of payment and will include any taxes paid. Refunds of merchandise to your credit card may take up to two billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your bank’s policies.
