We spent the morning at Black Hear Barber Co., a barber shop here in the heart of Nashville, with their team of talented barbers, including owner Ryan. The entire crew, John, Hunter, Ethan, and Ian never had an empty chair. One takeaway that we really embraced about the shop & barbers themselves is their commitment to tailoring each experience to the individuals they service. We enjoyed heard in the barbers engaging in conversations, understanding not only the desired haircut but also the personality and lifestyle of their clients…not to mention each of their unique personal styles (and how they wear their BED|STÜs).

The shop’s charcoal/black walls are decorated with tattoo artwork designs from local tattoo shops. Owner Ryan explained that eventually the walls will be covered with these. We love the local support of craftsmen from one small business to another. Literally from floor to ceiling and chair to chair—embodied style and was inspiring to our team too!
